Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, cards, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
